Khalid Samad: Second time IGP has disrespected state institutions

Amanah Information Chief Khalid Samad today slammed Inspector General of Police Khalid Abu Bakar for disrespecting state institutions for the second time with the arrest of Pandan MP Rafizi Ramli outside the parliament gates two days ago. He cited the case of Aminurasyid where Khalid refused to apologise to the family of the victim as a disrespect to the judicial process as the court ruled that the boy did not have a weapon in his car at the time of the incident.
