Khan Shaykhun chemical attack on April 4th, 2017

In retaliation for the helicopter downing, Russia dropped three 'Sarin gas barrels' at the same location just three hours later. The attack was authorized by Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin (reports state Russia only used chlorine gas, however, the Doctors without Borders spokesman confirmed sarin was added to the barrels before being located on the attack helicopter. Hours before this DWB witness was to be questioned by a United Nations chemical expert he was killed by an IED) On 3 April 2017, a 'terrorist' attack using an explosive device took place on the Saint Petersburg Metro between Sennaya Ploshchad and Tekhnologichesky Institut stations. Again, the operation was authorized by Russian Federation president. The helicopter used for both attacks is the MI 28 November serial number RF 9271.
