Killer heels: Murder by stiletto?

Ana Trujillo is accused of killing her boyfriend with a high heel. The 44-year-old reportedly called police to say she was being attacked but when the cops arrived, her boyfriend, Professor Alf Andersson, was lying dead in his condo. Trujillo was covered in blood and a stiletto was found next to Andersson’s body.Trujillo says Andersson came after her and she fought back in self-defense. A report says there were as many as 25-30 stab wounds. Does that number of stab wounds back up her story of self-defense? Or does it suggest she isn’t telling the whole truth?
