Kim Dotcom - Mr President

Megaupload - Kim Dotcom veröffentlicht Musikvideo mit politischer Aussage Kim Dotcom hat seine Drohung wahrgemacht. Sein erstes Musikvideo "Mr. President" wurde auf seiner neu gestalteten Website mit dazu passender Domain kim.com veröffentlicht. Neben dem Musikvideo enthält die Website auch einige Informationen zum Megaupload-Fall aus der Sicht von Kim Schmitz sowie ein Interview. In dem Musikvideo sind Aufnahmen von Politikern, Bürgerrechtlern, vielen Aktionen von Anonymous und von Demonstrationen gegen Acta zu sehen. Es soll dazu auffordern Geschichte zu schreiben und zu verhindern, dass die "Hollywood-Marionetten" das Internet zerstören. Vor allem auf US-amerikanisches Publikum zielt man mit Aussagen wie beispielsweise; "Der Krieg um das Internet hat begonnen", "Hollywood kontrolliert die Politik" und "Die Regierung tötet Innovation". Dabei stellt sich die Frage, ob die Besucher Barack Obama erneut zum US-Präsidenten wählen würden. Später im Video ist der gebürtige Kieler Kim Schmitz selbst im Video vor Gericht in der Märtyrerolle zu sehen. Dabei singt jemand: "We will make history." Auf YouTube schreibt ein Kommentator: "Wir sollten Kim unsere Bewegung nicht unterwandern lassen. Der Kampf um die Informationsfreiheit ist wertvoller als er." Am Ende des Songs fordert Schmitz die Hörer auf, das Video frei im Netz zu verbreiten.
