Kimchi On Kimchi Action with Miso on the Side

In this clip I have kimchi flavor raman by Nongshim with some Cosmos brand kimchi from the 99 Ranch Market where I picked up the wrong kind of Sam Yang hot chicken noodles. I also have some instant miso soup. I realize while eating the miso soup that I have no idea of why I like it so much, then I wiki it and find out there is some kind of weird fungus involved (Aspergillus oryzae or kōjikin). Of course. How anime, weird fungus soup, that I absolutely love, even without the tofu. You know how mushroom's aren't the only fungus I like to eat! That sounded gross to read back. I'll leave it. I was calling that stuff "bean paste" but it's really "fungus paste."
