Not only does it provide a high level or scratch and drop resistance but it also adds a layer of privacy by obscuring your screen when viewed at a side angle. It works best when your display is dimmed to 50% or lower brightness. On full brightness, someone can still make out shapes on your screen, although they'd likely be unable to read the text itself. The anti-spy feature does dim the display a little which may be a problem if you often use the phone outdoors in bright sunlight. It also restricts your viewing angles when watching videos in landscape mode. I broke mine after just a week by dropping it from around 5ft onto a concrete floor. The added weight of a battery case probably didn't help either. I think my iPhone screen probably would have cracked if I didn't have the Klearlook protector installed.
