Комбинированная синустрабекулоэктомия с факоэмульсификацией катаракты и имплантацией гибкой ИОЛ. В качестве дренажа используется лоскут передней капсулы. Луганск , Украина Combined cataract phacoemulsification and penetrating sinustrabeculectomy with the usage of crystalline lens' front capsule's autotransplantant, as the drainage, is a high-performance and safe way of "open" and "closed" angle glaucoma's treatment combined with the surgical removal of cataract and intraocular implantation. The stage of antiglaucomatous surgery can be nonpenetrating if there is necessary laser equipment of front section in the clinics. This methodology allows to stabilize visual functions by normalization of intraocular pressure, to improve eye sharpness and to avoid recurring surgical interference simultaneously (absence of relapses). Capsule crystalline lens drainage is effective, economical and doesn't lead to complications. Particular phased sequence of this operation maintains eye tone in the course of the whole surgery. The quantity of complications in the case of combined surgery is obviously less than in the ones of usual antiglaucomatous surgeries of catchment. Capsule drainage implementation compensates hydrodynamic characteristics and stabilizes visual functions for the whole period of observation (over 3 years).
