Lakewood, CA theft caught on camera. Please help catch this criminal and her accomplice!

2 person job: In what appears to be a Hispanic female in her early 20's gets out of a black 4 door sedan. The vehicle appears to have dark rims and dark tinted windows. The vehicle drives by (towards the left) and then makes a U-turn to have the female get out of the vehicle and pick up the packages. If you can identify the person or the vehicle, please contact the Lakewood, CA Sherriff's dept. Thank you!
