laparoscopic hysterectomy for deep endometriosis

The video presents a case of deep endometriosis involving the rectovaginal space without infiltration of the full thickness of the bowel wall. The patient, a pluripara who did not desire future pregnancy, was submitted to hysterectomy with bilateral oophorectomy with complete excision of all of the endometriotic tissue.
