League of legends cassiopeia scripting/hacking

Was spectating a friend when I noticed this strange cass... shape16 using a script EDIT : Sorry,but I will have to turn on the comment approval, starting today (June 4th 2014). The reasons are the following : 1. Hackers, scripters have started spamming script link, hacks, whatever since this video grew bigger 2. People are asking the same stupid questions again, and again, and again. I will still be active to approve relevant comments :)
