Today I am showing you the first steps to Tarot card reading. How to pick your tarot deck? The most important thing when picking your deck is to connect with the images. You absolutely HAVE to like the images in the tarot deck that you pick. if you don't find it statically pleasing, you will have a hard time doing readings for people. Connecting with the deck is KEY to a successful Tarot reading. With time you will discover that you will create a relationship with your cards, and they become an extension of you. It's almost as if they were speaking to you. They tell you a story. Sort of like pointing out where to look. Giving you hints of what are the matters at hand what areas of their life the inquirer should be paying attention to. Tarot cards have been a divination tool since the 15th century. People's perception and interpretation of the Tarot varies, depending on who you ask. I have been using Tarot cards to assist on my readings since 2003. In this time I have had the opportunity to provide intuitive readings to a vast number of people from all walks of life. I have read for celebrities, teachers and even doctors. Today I prefer to use my skills in helping younger people find meaning and direction in their lives. The Tarot is a deck of 78 cards, each with its own imagery, symbolism & story. In this online class series we will discover the meaning of the cards while using our intuition and develop a relationship with our inner guidance. The tarot deck is here to serve you. It's important to remember that you are in the driver's seat. The cards have no magic. The magical one is YOU. Every week we will dive into it with open hearts and with the intention to bring forth information that is relevant and helpful to us. You must always remember that your intention, as a reader, should always be to "Be of service". You are here to bring clarity and guidance, Not to predict the future. A lot of people view Tarot as a form of Fortune telling, but that's not how I see it and it's certainly not how I teach it. As they say, the future is not set on stone. You create your own destiny and your own future. Be suspicious of those who claim to predict the future because they are leaving an important element out of the equation, YOU. You have free will and you can always alter the course of events in your life. It's all about self knowledge and self development. The better you know yourself and how things work in this plane, the more likely you are to making positive improvements in the unfolding of your destiny.
