Legends of Runeterra - Introduction Series Ep.4 - Making a deck: Mid-range (Demacian Elite)

This deck is pretty strong from just looking at it. I've played similar Elite decks during the preview patches and they have been fairly strong. If you wanted a deck that is strong this deck would be one of them. I hope i explained the thought process well but if not leave me some criticism. I am trying to get better at my wording and what not but i start to ramble on.
