Lego Ping-Pong Machine

Check out our other videos here! http://vid.io/xbO This my own original Lego Ping-Pong Machine, made completely out of Lego. Utilizing both Lego power functions and Mindstorms NXT, this robotic creation is programmable and capable of 9 total modes of play along with a manual test shot program (separate from the main program). The machine during the program can turn the whole launching system to shoot in either the center, left, or right of the table all on its own in order to simulate more challenging game play. Withing the program there are three levels of difficulty, as well as three modes of game play for each level of difficulty, totaling to 9 total settings to suit players of many different skill levels. The player can also place the machine at any angle or position on the table, as well as raise or lower the vertical trajectory of the launcher to make the shots lower and faster or higher and slower. Lastly, it's also possible to adjust the speeds of each launching wheel independently to add side spin and adjust the firing distance for just about any table or position.
