"Les Fromages de Thoricourt" Promotional Video

A promotional video on making cheese for Théa Oostendorp, Les Fromages de Thoricourt. Théa and her husband run a farm in Thoricourt, a small farm town in the south of Belgium. The farm is very ecological, as they grow the crops to feed the cows, then milk the cows to make the cheese, butter, and other dairy products. This short video shows how she makes the regular cheese, then spices some of it with garlic to make some spiced cheeses. Having grown up in the Netherlands, Théa makes her cheese just as her mother taught her as a child, in the Dutch tradition.
