Another thing you may or may not notice that me and my buddies do, is we get up in people's faces. Turtling in RUSE is the worst strategy. It takes an admin building 7 minutes to break even on your investment. A depot, I can't be sure of the amount you make since I haven't monitored it but it's a lot better and more cost efficient than an admin. This is why you play for map control. Control the map, control the money, control the game. You should build admins if it's a long haul game but it shouldn't be the key to your victory.
