LinuxCNC G61 vs G64 part collision, PM25MV

LinuxCNC, attempts to maintain velocity and rounds toolpaths. If acceleration are not set properly or if the clearance are too small, collisions may occur. This is my experience discovering this. While well documented by LinuxCNC, path smoothing is something I never encountered with Mach3.
