Lion on the street in Ghodbunder Road, Thane, Mumbai

Rumours of a lion roaming the streets of Thane city, a suburb in Mumbai rocked Mumbaikars. For some it was thrill and enthusiasm, but some some who have been fearing the resident leopard, this was a new chapter with another feline species around them. We investigated the clip doing rounds on various apps and concluded where the footage would have been recorded.
