A heavy rainstorm in Kerala, southern India caused a disastrous flood which killed 39 people. CGTN is visiting a disaster relief center in one of the worst hit areas, to learn the latest on the situation and the emergency measures that are in place. The victims of the flood will receive drugs and physical examinations from local medical teams at the center.
