يتحدث عبدالجليل عن نظرية الإنسان أولًا. وهذه النظرية تقول بجعل تطوير الإنسان والاستثمار في الموارد البشرية بدلا عن تسريح الموظفين في حالة تضرر الأسواق بأحد العوامل الاقتصادية. لأن الانسان سيبقى على المدى الطويل والأرباح تتفاوت على المدى الطويل. وهذا سيزيد العطاء من قبل الأفراد وسيحفزهم على الإبداع وسيعزز ولائهم للشركات. This theory states that investing in the human resources will lead to better economical situation in for companies, improve the employees performance and enhance their loyalty to the company. عمل رئيسا تنفيذيا لشركة دراغون أويل من عام ٢٠٠٨ وحتى ٢٠١٧م. انتخبته جمعية مهندسي البترول رئيسا لعام ٢٠٠٧م ليصبح أول رئيس للجمعية من آسيا وأفريقيا. وعمل كمساعد لنائب رئيس أرامكو للتطوير و تكنولوجيا البترول. ترأس اللقاء العالمي في لندن لرؤساء الشركات البترولية عام 2007 م حيث قررت الشركات التعاون بينها لتطوير الطاقات البشرية ومعالجة التلوث البيئي الصادر عن الغازات المنبعثة من الزيت والغاز. AbdulJaleel has a PhD in Petroleum Engineering from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals. He was the CEO of Dragon Oil Company from 2008 until 2017 He was the president of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) in 2007 as the first person Asia and Africa to hold that position. Jaleel as assistant to vice president of development and petroleum technology. He headed the global gathering of petroleum companies presidents in 2007 where they decided to develop the human resources and treat the air pollution resulted from oil and gas emissions.
