"LoadTGA: Only type 2 and 10 targa RGB images supported" error in Cs 1.6

This error happens due to damage in your some .tga files. If it not work then download this and change it with yours.They are fresh tga files of my cs: http://www.2shared.com/file/RG4jrIUJ/Counter-Strike_16_tgas.html? And still it not work than uninstall Cs & delet it's program file folder,than restart pc & install it again.!
