Long Tail Alternating Invisible Cast-On for 1x1 Rib

A knitting tutorial for a Long Tail Alternating Invisible Cast-On. Used to create a neat, stretchy, invisible edge for 1x1 ribbing. It works very well for things like gloves, mittens, socks, sweaters, etc. Anything that you'd like a stretchy edge on.
