Loud growls of hunger and belly play

I’ve been starving on and off all week, skipping meals when i Can and eating small amounts of food when i do eat. No worries—I’m being careful to monitor my body. So far I’ve been okay and the result is a hollow belly that is absolutely starving!! Technically it’s been 21 hours since it’s had any food at all, i had a tiny dessert with family last night, but it’s been 49 hours since i had a semi-filling meal, and before that meal i had gone for three days eating next to nothing the first two and nothing the third. My tummy is famished and it has never growled this loud or sunken in this far! I’ll be going without food tomorrow as well but i have work Tuesday so I’ll need to eat then. Can’t wait to see how much louder these growls can get!
