Lower back manipulation techniques - Giles Gyer Osteopath

Adaptive lower back manipulation, this is a colleague of mine who is suffering with an acute episode of lower back pain. We are going to use a manipulation to the lower back but note we have minimal rotation through the thoracic spine, it makes the technique much more comfortable for the patient, and were also utilising the body drop style of LSP manipulation.
