M5 Traffic

Coming back from Newton Abbot, I came across this mess. The traffic had just started backing up from the M5 onto the A38/A380 and by the time I had got into Exeter, it was backed up Telegraph/Haldon hill on both the A38 and the A380 (according to BBC Radio Devon) Not long after I join the A30 you can see a recovery truck trying to get through the traffic.
