This is a mid 2009 13" Macbook Pro recently upgraded to a Crucial M4 128 GB solid state drive and fitted with 8 GB of Kingston RAM. The Mac OS boots up in seconds, and 100 applications launch with blazing speed, and even with all of them open the computer runs flawlessly. The only things holding the Mac back are the outdated OS (ver 10.5.8) and the processor (2.26 GHz core 2 duo), which were never upgraded. I replaced my DVD drive with my SSD (using a cheap optibay from eBay) so that I have 2 HHD's as you can see in the video. The SSD was bought from Amazon for $122 (amazing price!). I am a fan of both Apple and PC so don't hate! If you have questions, I'd be happy to answer them.
