Cape Town based animation studio Sea Monster walked away with a Learning Innovation Africa award for a groundbreaking virtual reality solution for its client ArcelorMittal. As the country’s largest steel producer, employees recruited to work for the company often work in extreme conditions and at great heights. With safety being a crucial factor, the company enlisted the Sea Monster agency to help find a way to test employees for acrophobia, or a fear of heights without endangering their safety.
