First created by the legendary Trader Vic, the Mai Tai has many different incarnations. For the version we are making today, you will need the following Mai Tai ingredients: gold rum (or light rum), orange curacao, orgeat syrup, dark rum, fresh lime, and lots of fruit and mint for a colorful garnish.
