Stavolta iniziamo la settimana in grande, con una signora trebbia, la Regina delle mietitrebbie autolivellanti, sto parlando della mitica New Holland AL59 dei F.lli Giansante che ha sull'attivo circa 12.000h, lo so che non ci crederete mai ma è così. Questa AL59 ogni anno si ritrova a mietere la stagione frumento e mais ed è dal 1998 che questa trebbia è attiva, e quest'anno ha concluso in grande la sua 21esima stagione di trebbiatura dal 1998 ad oggi. Quest'anno però la trebbiatura mais l'ha effettuata in grande con il nuovissimo spannocchiatore 6 file Olimac acquistato dai F.lli Giansante nello scorso mese di Agosto, ed è andato a sostituire il vecchio spannocchiatore Capello 5 file. Iniziando a descrivere la trebbia posso dirvi che questa AL59 fa parte della prima serie prodotta nel 1998 nello stabilimento belga di Zedelgem fino al 2002. La New Holland poi in contemporanea con la fine della produzione della prima serie, nel 2002 ha iniziato la produzione della nuova serie AL59 che al lato aveva la classica banda bianca New Holland fino al 2004, quando poi dal 2005 al 2006 l'hanno ancora rinnovata con la banda gialla. Questa AL59 del video, viene spinta dal propulsore Ford Genesis 7500 che eroga una potenza di 210 cv. In pratica è lo stesso motore del New Holland G210. La AL59 è una macchina a 5 scuotipaglia e dotata anche di trinciapaglia. Lo spannocchiatore come già detto è un 6 file Olimac nuovo di zecca arrivato in azienda nello scorso mese di agosto, ed è provvisto inoltre anche di trinciastocchi che ha il ruolo di trinciare al tempo stesso della trebbiatura, gli stocchi di mais residui, in modo da risparmiare il passaggio col trattore, risparmiando tempo e gasolio che potresti spendere con un normale trattore per andare a trinciare quegli stocchi residui Per lo scarico della granella vedrete un fantastico John Deere 5820 sempre dei F.lli Giansante, abbinato ad un rimorchio Pieri, che avrà il compito di trasportare il mais dal campo fino ai seccatoi.
