Start with a wizards guild lvl 2 to counter the mage's spell, get a marketplace asap to get gold & fortify your town the werewolf is really tough 3K hp with regen don't be afraid to put a bounty on each werewolf. Once you survived & managed to get the dwarves you'll be able to attack the towers but be prepared to lose a lot of heroes by doing that, only the dwarves have a chance against the towers. Destroy the Seat of the elementals before you do so fire elemental can be REALLY annoying. Once it's done the mage will get out, but he's a joke compared to the towers.
