Majority Leader, Barbara Flynn Currie, on FY '15 and FY 16 Budgets

The Illinois Channel's Shirley Descorbeth talks one-on-one with Rep Barbara Flynn Currie, about the two bills that closed the funding gap in the FY 2015 Budget that threatened to close down the Courts and the state's prisons. She talks about the fund sweeps of money setting in designated accounts, and the across the board cut of 2.25%. But the FY 2016 Budget, which funds the state beginning in July, is going to be much more difficult, as the imbalance is about $6 Billion.
