As an author of this film I can explain what happened: after two junior-male dogs passed the expertise the judge started calling somebody on the mobile phone when the third dog was already on the table. As the 3-d participant explained later, the problem began when somebody paid attention to the fact that the ring number clipped to her hand was written not on the official blank form but on the ordinary paper and did not contain a stamp of veterinary control. The judge began a kind of investigation trying to check out whether this participant has paid the fee. This investigation lasted at least 5 minutes. During this time the first 2 participants were staying on their knees waiting for the final decision. After the 3-d expertise was resumed , the 3-d participant was granted the 1-st place, best junior and finally – the first place in BOB competition. We paid attention in the film to the fact that the person who has not passed the veterinary control can not be registered and entered in the ring, nether the less he paid the proper fee in time. And in case the judge tried to make it clear he could not permit the participant to continue. The second nuance was in the fact that the 3-d exhibitor was the member of organizing committee of this dog-show and also was mentioned in the catalog as the probationer (trainee). In the further comments we stress that 1. The judge in no case and without any exceptions can not use the mobile phone during expertise. 2. The judge is not allowed to communicate with the exhibitors even he tries to check out the proper things nor to deliver his mobile phone to the exhibitor 3. The Judge must arrange the expertise in the same way towards all the exhibitors (we were handled in different manners) 4. The participant who is the trainee can not exhibit his dog but the judge has not paid attention to this fact (or was not informed about it by the organizers.5. the judge could not start expertise with the dog that has not passed the vet control and was not registered in a proper way, 6/in the ring was no information about decisions made – no colored flags or cards used, no information in a loud voice on. We insist that the results made by judge should be annulled.
