FRANCESCO MANFREDINI (1684 – 1762) Sinfonia op. 2 N. 10. There are four movements: slow – fast – slow – fast. The work is here performed by members of the string section of the National Symphony Orchestra with Francesco Mander conducting from behind the harpsichord. The recording was made in 1976.
The ceiling fresco is by Giambattista Tiepolo.
