MASS MoCA: Dr. Dog

Dr. Dog performs in MASS MoCA's Hunter Center on October 10, 2015. With humble origins as a lo-fi recording project from Philly, Dr. Dog has blossomed into today’s great ambassadors of psychedelic music. The band’s seven studio records careen between blissful 60's pop and guitar-led indie rock, recalling The Zombies and Dinosaur Jr., by turns. The band is here fresh off the release of Live at the Flamingo Hotel: “19 swaggering, giddy takes on fan favorites” (Rolling Stone).
