Max Payne 2 FPS Fix Windows 10

Hey people! Just a quick fix for Max Payne 2. I tried to play the game recently but 1 minute after I start the game it would drop the FPS to 10. Looks like theres a problem with MSA and Pixel Shader Skin on modern computers. Turn both of them off and you`re ready to go! Thx for watching! \m/
