MC Onions Tasso

Part 4 If you cannot find tasso, don't worry about it. Try using any smoked meat like sausage which can be found anywhere. The smoke flavor cooks out into the dish and enhances the flavor "big time". So, just use what you can get your hands on. The onion mix is basically one large onion, one green bellpepper, and parsley. You can use any other mixture you like...just use onions and bellpeppers for sure. Stir in and continue cooking until veggies are soft...
