Meanie dragging left leg - paralyzed

Meanie started dragging his right leg on March 10, 2013, we brought him to the emergency vet immediately. It got better and back to normal within 4 days. On March 17, 2013 he started dragging his Left leg which has not been resolved. We have been in and out of the vet several times and we have reached our breaking point with spending money and have started a fundraiser for Meanie. The Vet keeps telling us that what is going on with Meanie is one thing but then it is another and I feel that they have no idea what is going on and just wants money. We have contacted other vets and they have no idea as well. Meanie is on steroids/ 100 MGS a day of antibiotics/ and an inhaler (when he lets us give it to him) We did get an answer from a Neurologist through who says it is a blood clot further down in his leg. NOW the messed up thing is.... Neither the vet or the Neurologist will treat Meanie until they find the route of the problem. When trying to do research on my own on the internet, I could find absolutely nothing on what is going on with him. I have found though other people who have had the same issue but they have either had to put their pet down or never put an update on the site. Which goes back to the fundraiser I mentioned before... The cost of everything they want to perform is more than double of what we have already spent and I have only set up the fundraiser to do half of that. I also want to do this for educational purposes where when we find out the ending result... I can 1. put this up on a website. 2. make sure it pulls up in searches. 3. already done (youtube meanies video) 4. get the vet to see their mistakes and see what reimbursement they can provide since they misdiagnosed Meanie twice.
