MechWarrior Online - Phoenix Hawk 1B Gameplay

The Royal variant of the Phoenix Hawk highlights the level of technology of the Star League had centuries before the Succession Wars. Equipped with ECM, Double heatsinks and advanced weapons like ER PPC's the 1B was the quintessential Phoenix Hawk. After the wars of Succession died down the Phoenix Hawk 1B was extremely rare and the remaining units represented the last of ECM technology for a time until house liao revived it with the Raven. This is one of the best and arguably the best Phoenix Hawk variant in MWO. The ECM, good speed, jumpjets and emphasis on energy weapons make it a real good infighter. It may lack the punch of ballistics and suppression of missiles but so long as you manage your heat well enough the 1B will serve you and your team well on the field.
