There is a breakable wall here which contains a life bottle and some money. Money's not that useful, at least for me (I always have enough to buy what I want) but the life bottle definitely is useful though. The more health you have, the better. The wall is easily recognisable by its yellow ish color. You can only break it after completing Cemetery Hill since the first club you can get in the game is located in that level.
