#ආදරය_දයාව_සෙනෙහස_''සුනාමී"_ජනවාරි_16_දා_සිට_දිවයින_පුරා #அன்பு_கருணை_பாசம்_ஜனவரி_16_முதல்_நாடு_முழுவதும் #"சுனாமி" #Love_Mercy_Affection#"Tsunami"_from_16th_of_January රට මැදින් ගලනා මනුස්සකමේ සුනාමීය ------------------------------------------------------- 2004 සුනාමියෙන් අවුරුදු දෙකහමාරක් වයසැති ගැහැණු ළමයෙක් ගංවතුර ජලයෙන් ගසාගෙන යයි. සෙල්වම් සහ කල්‍යාණි (දමිළ) දරුවාගේ මවුපියන් තම දියණිය මියගොස් ඇති බව කිසිවිටෙකත් විශ්වාස ‌‌කළේ නැත. අවුරුදු 10 කට පමණ පසු ඔවුන් දමිළ භාෂාව තේරුම් ගත හැකි සහ ඇගේ පෙර උපතේ සිදුවීම් කිහිපයක් සිහිපත් කළ හැකි 12 හැවිරිදි සිංහල ගැහැණු ළමයෙකු පිළිබඳ පුවත්පත් ලිපියක් දකී. පුවත්පතේ ඇති ඡායාරූප අනුව ඒ තම නැතිවූ දියණිය යැයි සැක කල දමිල දෙමව්පියන් දරුවා සොයා නුවර පැමිණෙන අතර පිටුපස උපත් සලකුණක් අනුව ඒ තමන්ගේම දියණිය බව එකහෙලා කියා සිටියද සිංහල දෙමව්පියන් එය ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කරන අතර දැරිය ව්‍යාකූල වේ. උසාවි නඩු විභාගයකින් ඩී.එන්ඒ. පරීක්ෂණයකින් ද පසුව අධිකරණය විසින් "දෙමළ දෙමව්පියන් ජීව විද්‍යාත්මක දෙමව්පියන් ලෙස" ලබා දී දරුවා දෙමළ දෙමාපියන්ට භාර දෙයි. මෙම තීරණය නිසා සිංහල දෙමව්පියන් පමණක් නොව දැරියද මහත් සේ අසරණ විය. දමිළ දෙමව්පියන් විසින් දැරූ උත්සාහය නොතකා, ගැහැණු ළමයා අතීතය අමතක කරවීමට උත්සාහ කළද, දැරිය තමා ආදරය කළ සිංහල දෙමව්පියන් අමතක කළ නොහැකි විය. දෙමළ දෙමව්පියන් දැරියගේ බලාපොරොත්තු සුන් කර ගත් අතර අවසානයේ සිංහල පවුල සමඟ මව්පියභාවය බෙදා ගැනීමට තීරණය කරයි. In 2004 tsunami a two and half year old baby girl swepts away with the flood water. Selvam and Kalyani (Tamil) the parents of the baby never believed that their daughter was dead as they did not find the dead body of the child despite the frantic search. After about 10 years they see a newspaper article about a strange 12 year old Sinhalese girl who can understand Tamil and remember some incidents of her previous birth. With the photographs in the paper, the Tamil couple notices a birth-mark in the face and suspects this girl as their lost child and claims her back. But the Sinhalese parents refuse and the girl is confused. In the court hearing it revealed that the Sinhalese family also had lost their baby girl in the Tsunami and later had found her in an orphanage. After a DNA test, the court give the verdict "Tamil parents as the biological parents" and hand over the child to the Tamil parents. Not only the Sinhalese parents but also the girl was devastated with the decision. Despite the extensive effort by the Tamil parents, to make the girl to forget the past, the girl could not forget the Sinhalese parents she loved. The Tamil parents understand the despair of the girl and finally decide to share the parenthood with the Sinhalese family.
