Mending the Broken Circle (1)

A short documentary highlighting the Adopt-A-Native-Elder Program, a non-profit effort that supports 350 traditional Navaho Elders who live in the Northern portion of Arizona and Southern Utah. Started by Linda Myers in the early 1980's, the program and its 450 volunteers help traditional Elders live independently and in the traditions of their ancestry as they have for thousands of years. The documentary was shot on location and produced by Will Avgerakis and his son, Ethan.
