Mesa Boogie Mark IIC+ playthrough V30 ESP KH-2

Alright here's a simple rhythm play through of my Mark IIC+ HRG. It's piping in 60w mode through a Recto 1x12 cab w/ a V30 into a SM58. I'm using my ESP KH-2 running the EMG81 for the gainy tones, and a mix of the 81 & 60 for the clean tones. The active pickups aren't as warm as a good passive but they are more aggressive in the gain tones. I also threw in the boosted clip in at the end with an EMG Afterburner since a lot of guys run a boost. Clean channel- 1:28 Lead channel- 5:53 Lead channel with a 20db boost from an EMG Afterburner- 10:45 Also, if you're looking for a guy to make you a real nice custom headshell for your Mark amp talk to Scott [email protected].
