Update : Here's the one with the current Mewtwo's throw distance ( ie closer/bigger circle ) - https://youtu.be/QgN8TcQ22No Here's a video to analyse Mewtwo's attack animation, so that we can throw properly without wasting the balls. Many thanks to the original video from the Japanese GameWith livestream ( https://youtu.be/7tnmhWHkkJA ), here's some comparisons on his good and missed throws, with slow-motion and side-by-side comparisons included. Do note that his "right-hand slap" attack motion is very fast, so don't throw too early. Hope this will help in timing your throws on Mewtwo. Make sure every ball counts, and don't miss any. Mewtwo has a base catch rate of 6%, so adding all the multipliers, the percentage of success is quite high. So don't miss any balls, and even consistent curve Great throws with GRB would be highly probable in sinking it in over 6+ balls. Of course, u can go for excellent too if u r confident. Best pokemon to practice for the throw is Snorlax coz they are @ same distance, see near the end for the Snorlax vs Mewtwo throwing part ( https://youtu.be/OB4F_sK8r0E ) Here's some cross-comparisons on Mewtwo's throw VS Groudon, Snorlax, Onix and Scyther, see 4m45s of this video ( https://youtu.be/UU0v7De7dNA ) Song credits: Tobu - Melomania https://youtu.be/ovvfqeouFQI
