Microsoft Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 2017 : Clean Bootup Without Unwanted Application Launches

Windows 10 Fall 2017 update makes some applications magically auto-run unless you closed them before restart. A workaround! This has frustrated me to no end. After a lot of searching, trying a trillion different search queries in google, I found a page somewhere which offered a technique to use as a workaround for this. There are no known ways to outright disable this "feature". As time has gone on, it feels like Microsoft is becoming less caring and more hostile to it's customers. They tricked people into upgrading to Windows by by altering their reminder popup so that if you pressed the X button to get it off your screen, which people were doing, they altered it to that meaning you confirm you want windows 10 because you pressed the X button... Problem after problem. I just formatted my PC and freshly installed a brand spanking new windows 10 and my run command still will not remember anything I type in it, which for someone addicted to Win + R calc [ENTER] who abbreviated to "ca" (expecting it to auto complete to calc, it's a problem). I have had more problems with Windows 10 than Windows Millennium and Windows Vista combined. No joke. As much as I like what Windows 10 is supposed to be, it has issues for me that persist. Then they go and do this change to the startup procedure, seemingly for no reason even though users would almost certainly not want this slowing their bootup.
