MIDDLE EAST 2/9 Crac des Chevaliers, Crusader's Castle, Syria

Visiting Crac Des Chevaliers, a crusader's castle situated between Homs and Hama. After the castle, we were brought to a monastery, St George Church, where we were shown a framed copy of an original agreement signed by a number of Prophet Mohamad's companions including Saidina Omar and Saidina Ali. This Agreement guaranteed the safety and freedom of the non-Muslims, including Christians who were then subjects under Muslim rule in Jerusalem.
