Minato's Storm Revolution Moveset Port (NSUNS3 PC Mod)

This move set was really stupid and hard to port properly but i still got it done. Bugs: Both of the air combos miss alot, also he has no awakening action or animation (should be on kurohas roster mod) Credit to Kuroha for the tilt the revolution tilt is not portable.
