[Minecraft 1.9+] Vanilla GUI menu tutorial

The long awaited tutorial :D due to popular request (and me feeling like an ass) I have decided to make a tutorial on how I made my vanilla GUI menus. Not only that, but I have left a world download with all command blocks labeled for function and placement, along with all the scoreboards and descriptions :) this is an updated version of my original warp GUI menu tutorial, which used donkeys as the menu.
