Mitsubishi Colt CZ3 2008 Transmission Shifter jammed

The gear shifter input on my Colt was jammed so i couldn't easily move the gear lever from left to right. The big rivet in the angle-bracket was rusted in position. Drilling out one end of the rivet solved the problem for now. I will have to find a fitting bolt and nut to replace it someday. This is clearly a whole spare part, and not a part that you're supposed to repair - crap design than can't handle a motor wash!
