Mogami - Pretend Armor, Real DPM

Mogami armor might as well be a joke as far as BBs are concerned, 25mm all over is nowhere enough to bounce any BB shells of the same tier, let alone higher. The DPM of the 15 155mm guns are a different matter however, especially with IFHE powering them. You can find my recommended build at the end as usual.
