Mom's Surprise Golden Retriever Puppy

My mom lost her amazing blue heeler/ lab mix about six months ago and when she was ready for a new puppy, we planned and finally were able to pull this off. The puppy is named Kincaid and is now training to be my mom's service dog. I've received several messages about this being cruel to the puppy, I just want to state that, if you can't tell he's actually only placed in a very large box with the tops folded in so if he wanted out all he had to do was poke his head out, the filming began half a second after I placed him in the box, he was never in any danger or discomfort.
