During high school, Miho lived a miserable life due to her disfigured appearance and was treated like a monster by everyone around her. After seeing an ad for a plastic surgery clinic in a magazine, Kazuko runs off to Tokyo where she meets a brothel owner (Jun Murakami) and begins selling her body to pay for a series of surgeries.
